Who should apply
We're looking for people who are dependable, empathetic, observant and willing to learn.
You don't need a background in eldercare. What matters is how you treat people, how you handle responsibility, and your willingness to learn the work well.
You should:
- Be 21 or older
- Be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
- Be comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp
- Communicate comfortably and respectfully with older adults
- Be willing to complete Jeevana's training and background verification
- Have experience in healthcare, hospitality, caregiving or customer-facing roles - helpful, but not required
This isn't casual gig work.
