Care Partners are there for your parents, not the household. Appointments, errands, medicines, chasing the electrician, keeping company, all of that. Cleaning, cooking and laundry aren't part of the job.

If you'd like it to be, yes. After a visit, tell us you'd like the same Care Partner again and we'll keep it that way. If they're away, we'll let you know beforehand and introduce whoever's stepping in.

Tell us and we'll send someone else. If you can say what didn't work, it helps us, and nobody gets in trouble for it.

Yes. They can pick up prescribed medicines and remind your parents to take them. They don't administer medicines, give injections or perform medical procedures.

Call 108 for an ambulance, that always comes first. What a Care Partner can do is stay with your parents, help with whatever needs doing, and keep you updated the whole way through.

Moment is ₹1,000 for one visit, at ₹1,000 per hour. Presence is ₹9,000 for ten hours, down from ₹10,000, at ₹900 per hour. Continuum is ₹25,000 for thirty hours, down from ₹30,000, at ₹833 per hour. Packages are paid upfront and valid for 6 months. Prices include GST.

You pick the day and time that suits, and most visits can be booked for the next day. We'll confirm within the hour. For anything urgent, message us and we'll tell you straight away what we can do.
